What file types can I send?
PDF is preferred for print-ready artwork. JPG and PNG files can also be reviewed depending on the project.
Can you help if my file is not print-ready?
Yes. File preparation and design support can be added after we review the artwork.
How quickly can the order be completed?
Timing depends on quantity, materials, finishing and current production availability. Include your deadline in the quote request.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No. StarPrint is an online production and design studio. Requests, proofs and approvals are handled online.
